Help wanted!

Should the slot front brake disc fitted with the slot pattern against the forward rotation of wheels? or with the direction of rotation as the tyres?
Is it something to do with the brake dust cleaning or better heat escape?

 :?:

The slots serve 2 purposes:
1. 'cleans' the face of the pad
2. presents edges to the pad, so improves initial bite.
-In VERY big pads, it provides a gas escape (but we're talking racing / Le Mans types)

So direction of slots doesn't make any difference.

If the slots break-out the edge of the disc, this will increase the risk of cracking. As will the slot stopping abruptly (machined with an end mill).
The slots should really be machined with a slitting saw, with a semi-circular profile, so the slot blends out nicely (-I guess you could program a CNC mill to lift out at the end of the slot to achieve the same thing -as long as the end mill has a radiused end).
