machining costs

I'm looking to get an idea of costs involved in the following work on my in-line 948 block:
overbore to std 998
lighten flywheel
balance crank / flywheel assy
Lighten crank
Anyone got any idea how much it's possible to reduce the depth of the inline sump by (I take it it's easy enough to shorten the oil pick up pipe??)
