Italian Job replica for touring europe.

Starting on my build in next week or so.
Sorry its not a MK1 shell
Inspired by my Scalextric Italian Job Minis
What do you think spec?
1982 shell
Mk1 conversion lights grille etc
Italian Job Lamp bar, cibies, grilles etc.
Colour: Ermine White: yes I know it should be OEW but I quite like my Ermine white mini.
May get a flick of Island Blue or Tartan Red will have to see.
Engine:Nothing to fussy I need to get there and back
Fresh built, 1293, Swiftune Head, Kent 266. re-con box with 3:44 diff electronic ignition. 1" 3/4 su.
Brakes: Alloy superfins rear, Minisport 7.5" 4 pots, no servo.
Interior: Choice of safety devices rear cage or John Alley 3 point. ?
Works style dash. extra 12v plugs etc, phone, satnav etc
Coubeau GTS passenger seat - need to get my kids in back now and again so need recliner.
Coubeau GTS or Coubeau Sprint Race drivers seat?
DAB radio, MP3 player speakers etc.
OTHER BITS
Not sure if I should keep my cosmic alloy arches or weld the holes up ? I do rather like them and there getting rare now. Will look more like a Scalextric mini with them on.
May fit some mk1 style poly-carb windows or just stick with wind-up? Got all the bits was thinking of saving them for my on going project lightweight Downton Clubsport, inspired by UHR 850 but thats another story.
4.5x10 minilight or 5x10 minilight or Minator copy may be minilife????
Tyres: A008's or A032r ???

Usual toys: Spax, hi-los, etc, Maniflow exhaust, Scottish dural sump guard.
Tools and spares: Not sure really, I carry a bag of tools.
I've got all the bits except wheels and tyres now. Just hope I can find the time to put it all together.
Any advice on my spec & build is appreciated.
