Mk1 cooper window chrome trim

I'm restoring a mk1 997 cooper and have a issue with the chrome surround which goes aroun d the driver and passenger windows. The chrome trims are the original stainless steel variant and I've got the original clips but am not sure. Where to drill t hese fixings and how many etc. I would be very grateful if any one has information regarding this. I'm trying to get near as factory original condition.
