1970's 'Stripteaser' Minivan Dragster

The story of how the famous 'Stripteaser' Jaguar powered Minivan Dragster from the 1970's was found, restored and re-born!
Pictures below show it in the various forms it raced in the past and as it is now fully restored to its former glory.

great,

did you know that corgi had planned to make a model from this Mini?
I know a guy who has the original corgi prototype from the 70ies.
I have an original picture out of the corgi archive that they used to plan the model.

Great pics 8-) .........is that the prototype Corgi model?

Somehow, completely different though, reminds me of my former (tinkerers best ever) neighbour Clive Mechaell's "California Kid" fuel altered dragster, which he still occasionally races. Very cool and nice chapBTW, now in his 70ies.
