That's a rare mixed mini, its more likely to be a mini morris (its badged that way and the grille and horn push points towards), but converted to left hand drive and added the indicator lights on the wings as the innos. The fuel filler cap is also kind of funny

Also note the alloy sliding window catches. I don't think they were original but an aftermarket accessory.

A little on the side, but what is really the difference on a mk III Inno and a Mini??
