Hi just a quick hello from me.

Im 35 and live in Essex, have recently got engaged and work as a Programmer...

My first experience of a mini was back in Jersey when I must of been about 8, taken out for a trip in my aunts mini. Ive loved them ever since.

My first car was a 1979 Mini City which I replaced the rear sub frame on myself. Ive had a few minis since but nothing special. That is untill I bought my Austin Super back in 1995, 16 years later its now finally back on the road, its such a great car to drive!

My main intrest in minis is early ones, close to standard as possible.

I live just outside Braintree. Did you go to the Colchester Mini clubs show last year? I sure did and will be taking my car this year.

I did indeed. It was surprisingly good for a small local show. I used to be involved in the Mersea Mini Meet a few years ago. I am doing the London 2 Brighton in May and will almost certainly attend the Colchester show. Drop me a line if you are going to any shows. Cheers. Mark
