Wasn't the lowest mini the one Andy Summers made AEL298A called "claustrofobia" with the engine sticking trough the bonnet??

'Lowerest' or not how the fook is that death trap road legal ? 
Handy for nipping under car park barriers though (as long as you remember to duck).

Headlights for one are too low, you could only take it out in fog or falling snow!

Andy Saunders "Claustrophobia" was the worlds lowest car, but has been beaten several times now. At least Claustrophobia is still recognisably Mini based.
