Mk2 versus Mk3 rear quarter windows... ¿are they different?

Hi there!!!
I was about to use some Mk2 rear quarter windows in a Mk3 shell and surprisingly realised that the Mk2 windows are shorter (about 15mm) than the Mk3 ones.
I’ve never heard about this difference in Mk2 versus Mk3 shells... only the doors and door hinges.
As my mini is an AUTHI (made in Spain)... and this eventually means some modifications that are not logical, I post this issue here to verify if this is normal or not.
Thanks in advance for your help.
Cheers.
