When in 1965 was your car built?

And where are you located?

Hi pdb,

Some original Lucas parts in the car are marked around February/March 65' (7/8 65').
The Smiths heater is marked 9 65'.
I guess that the car was probably assembled in the second half of 65' and registered in 66'.

I might have a spare Lucas coil HA12 45102 lying around in my garage. I'll check it out tomorrow and let you know if it's in good shape.

I got a date coded distributor from the Distributor Doc. I bet he will have one to suit your restoration.
