Hello,
I read there's an issue. Is it likely to be fixed or will I have to continue to use a VPN that's set to Belgium?

It will be fixed, it has however got the hosting technical supooer team completely flummoxed.
As you know, it is possiboe to access it via a proxy and for some reason, many UK ISP’s are unable to access the ip address the site is hosted on. This also affects another site that I have on the same IP address.
Please bear with it, it’s got my attention and I’m doing all I can to restore normal service.
