Hello everyone.

As in the title, has anyone got any rod change gear remote assembly's?

If you can help, please message me.

Hi, not wishing to be a smart a$$ but rod change is one type and remote is another (earlier type) of gear change. Remote is a large cast aluminium structure with the gear change rods enclosed. Rod change is two exposed rods, one fixed, the other moves in / out and turns as you select the gears. The change happened in early 1970s from remote to rod.

I am after a rod chage assembly (two rods) for a DAM pot joint or 22g1832 gearbox, not a remote assembly.

I'm pretty sure I've got one. I never throw anything away, I just haven't seen it in a while! I'll have a rummage in the morning and get back to you.
