Just found out about sad demise of Will last year. Much said about WNX but Will, Bruce Rankin, John Ellis and even Whizzo Williams built at least 2 other cars to similar spec for friendsat workshop in Studley and Alcester. Not to mention building r/s 1600 for his friend Richard Hudson-Evan’s, looking after his winning Ford Mexico and keeping JBU 700 up to scratch.
A sad loss for all who remember the best of Rally times.

Yes that was sad news indeed. Will's article in Triple C on minis inspired the build of my 1071 into a rally car by its previous owner, and it came with the car.
