Chrome vents

My Austin Seven is fitted with chrome demist vents. Were these an option or are they from another car? Maybe Riley Elf
Minispares sell chrome demist vent surrounds but I only ever saw the black vent surrounds back in the day as fitted to Mini Cooper/Super/Elf/Hornet with black vinyl covered top dash rail.
