Quarter opening frames.

Post by 62CD »

Hello I’m new to this forum.
Could I ask did early mk3 minis have the same style of frame as a mk2 joined at the top and bottom although bigger to fit the larger aperture.
I seem to think later Mk3 s had a join between the hinges?
Will mk4 and later opening windows fit a mk3 or are the frames a different profile.
Thanks

I think the earliest Mk3 had window frames that joined just at the bottom, later was joined on the B Post upright section.

I think they're all interchangeable though from Mk3 to end of production.
