Electronic 12v requlator
I seem to recall there's a company that sells a electronic version of the Speedometer 12v regulator.
I've just done a Google search but unable to find
Any pointers

Re: Electronic 12v requlator
Do you mean the elctronic version of the Bi-metal voltage instrument stabiliser? Look that up on this forum for the manufacturer. But be advised that they are polarity sensitive - but work well with a constant 10v (?) output as opposed to the usual Lucas stuttered mechanical method.
Also look up BMVIS (= Bimetal voltage inst stabiliser) as that goes into the subject too

Hi,
Plenty of circuits on the web to make yourself, three components.
I've made built them into the old unit to retain original look.

Experience is what you have immediately after you need it.
