Just to check, you do know that these are still available through companies such as Vintage Tyres and Longstone? In both dry and wet compound?

Your best bet may be to contact somewhere like Swiftune and ask if they sell used ones.
Nick gets through quite a lot...

HP tyres sell new but might have some used ones
