How much for this race engine, with Weslake, EFI, SC, LSD,..?

Hi Folks,
I have been offered a race engine (hillclimb, said to deliver 160bhp
) which I fancy buying, mainly because of its 8-port Weslake head.
It has been dry stored for something like 10 years and had been overholed prior to that.

Setup:
- A+ Block w/ rod change
- 74mm pistons
- Weslake 8-port head with custom made flat slide throttle
- Short stroke crank to give it 1300cc pretty exactly
- SC gears and drops
- LSD
- 8-port manifold, cable loom and Haltech ignition
- How much should I pay for it?
- What could I possibly get for the remainder of the engine if I stripped it of its Weslake-head?
- I reckon the gearbox and LSD components of this A+ cannot be transfered into a remote housing, right?
