Post by gaspen »

Hello, I came from TMF

I have this mat set in my 850.

Was it a factory fitted mat or aftermarket ? I am reanding correctly : D.R.Co. Ltd was the company ?

Sadly the front piece is in pretty bad shape.

Hello.
These are factory fit. The poverty spec cars, like the 850 and commercials has rubber mats.
They were not very durable.... Rare to see now.

If you want to give the rubbers some TLC, wash them with mild soap sud - give them another soak with a rather highly dosed mixture of warm water (40-45 degrees) and fabric softener. Leave it, for the rubber to fully endulge in the softener.
Apply tyre foam once dried after washing.
Yes I am a nerd: I am researching the Austrian Mini-racing scene of the 60s and 70s :ugeek:
