On your way to Beaulieu, South on the A34 trunk road next Sunday? TRAFFIC WARNING. The A34 is closed between MILTON and CHIEVELY over the weekend of the 9th. There will be diversions. But if I were you, this is what I'd be doing.......
A34 South BEFORE the Milton closure, transfer over to the A338 and head South towards Wantage and Hungerford that pretty well follows the closed A34. Then......

You can get onto the M4 EAST and join the A34 South at Chievely OR
Go on another couple of miles to Hungerford, join the A4 fast trunk road to rejoin the A34 South at Newbury

Add an extra 15 mts or so for the extra 8 miles.

Nice road from Wantage to Hungerford in the Mini. Getting fed up with lose chippings around Oxfordshire area.
