Trying to make contact with the owner of this very rapid mk3 seen at Blyton.

That car belongs to Dudley Waldron. I met him on the day and he seems like a thoroughly nice guy. He told me it was a 1430 with a Russel Engineering RE13OT camshaft and twin HS4s, certainly a lovely car.
Incidentally, if you noticed the white/black roof P-reg mini which was powered by a Yamaha R1 engine (170-ish bhp and under 500kg), owned by David Logan, that car was also created by Dudley.

It was flying around on the way back from Blyton. Went past us like we were standing still on the A45 and I was doing the best part of 70!

Sadly he lost his wedding ring in the at the sink in the loo during the day. If anybody saw anything please let me know.
