Camshaft identity

Can anyone tell me what this camshaft is please. The only mark I can find is a red dot.
It came out of an 850 Mini that had a 12g940 cylinder head BUT the engine had not been pocketed ???
Cams are 0.39" wide and the lift is 0.240".
The distance from base circle to the tip of the cam is1.376"
The oil pump drive is pin type and it has fuel pump cam.
That's all I can tell you.
Any info would be gratefully received.
