Well here's a Crayford Mini we rebuilt for a customer a wee while back. 1964 of I recall correctly.

Bit rusty to say the least. At the end of it the only original panels left were rear seat upright and parcel tray, part of the front bulkhead and parcel tray and about half the screen surround.

Surprisingly rigid for a roofless mini. We replicated the Crayford strengthening which consisted of thick gauge steel box sections along the inside sills and up the A pillars which was welded in some areas and bolted in others. There was also a closing panel that boxed in the rear seat base to floor.
