I was unaware of the DR2 being used on the Mini. I have been told often that the '59 Mini came with a DR3. I have one DR2 dated '59 that I don't know where I got it. Is it possible I took it off my '59 so many years ago and thought I had lost the original? My original properly dated switch is just an on/off. How can I tell if my DR2 is Mini or Sprite?

When I restored my '66 race car for the street I just used the best looking parts I had without looking for dates. Wish I could do it over again. Just lucky some of the parts wouldn't work in the '66 and I now can see they are from the '59.
