Contour 6 value ?

Hello. I was hoping for your opinions on a pair of contour 6 seats I've been offered. They are in useable condition but not mint and the seller is open to offers as he is not sure of there value. I don't want to stitch the seller up, just pay a fair price. So what value would you guys put on a pair of useable black vinyl contour 6 seats believed to be from 1963?
