Hi all,
Does anyone know where I can source the correct size/thickness seal for a Waso pentagon cap?
Thanks

I acquired after market non locking filler caps and the rubber seals failed very quickly. And I thought it was my cornering style!

Yes, I took the cap off and realised that some chunks of the seal had fallen in the tank… as long as it doesn’t seal up the filter I’m sure will be ok, but will have to get them out at some point

Nippycars do them for standard caps, would they fit?

You really need a seal made of Viton in these E5/E10 days. Measure the internal and external diameter and thickness of the original seal and you should be able to find a supplier of a suitable alternative on line.
I bought some for my standard caps after the Mini Spares ones lost their form after not very long exposure to E5 - and so far so good.

The ones from Nippycars fixed my leaking fuel cap issue on standard caps.

Perfect thanks, I hadn’t realised it could be bought in sheets.
