Led number plate light with fog light

Noticed a early mini parked up and although it had the same chrome Lucas style of number plate light fitted it had an area cut away that looked like a LED rear fog light incorporated into the lamp . Now I’m sure I have seen these advertised but who supplies them ? The one on the car looked to good to be homemade . Any ideas ?

Triumph TR2s had a combined Brake-light / Number-plate light...
Maybe use this..?
