Rev counter 1275GT

Question, was the red line in the revcounter at 6000 or 6500 rpm ?

Depends on the year and the final drive.
Early ones 6500 rpm, later ones 6000 rpm.
Not sure if the exact changeover point but probably 1971 or 72?
Someone on here will know.

Do you know if this was the same for the export market to, let say the Netherlands ?

I believe this was common to all early GTs with 3.65 final drive ,
My Portuguese CKD built and registered August 71 GT has it .

The first picture is from 1969, red line 6500.
the second from 1972 red line 6000.

Could it be the same revcounters where used for export 1275GT as wel ?
