Hi Kees
I had the same problem and solder did not work for me so I got some brass sheet and trimmed a strip off.
I drilled one of the brass rivets from the back of the horn section (one of the pair in the centre of the horn push in your photo) and also drilled and tapped the one at the end of the securing rod thing. Predrilled and screwed the brass plate at the securing rod end and formed the brass strip to shape and trial fitted into the Bezel. By trial fitting it also pulls the brass strip to shape otherwise you will never get the horn push to secure to the steering wheel bezel.
Once shaped, drill and rivet the brass strip into location and hey presto, a fully repaired horn push.

Thanks but have you a picture from the result ?
Sounds easy but not for me, hope to find some one to do it for me or sell it like it is now. I have some spare ones so not a big problem.
Kees.

What was the problem with a smple and permanent solder fix? I can't see why a simple soldering fix wouldn't cure that.
