This one popped on Facebook (Pablo Raybold) really rare photo from Abingdon in 1969. Fantastic collection of rally plaques with the three works racers LRX 827E, RBL 450F and RJB 327F amongst others.

Was LRX or RJB sold to Peter Baldwin? RBL was sold to Jim Whitehouse and raced by Gordon Spice in 1970

Could that be Brian Culcheth checking out the prep of the Mk1 Triumph 2.5 pis used on that years RAC?

My friend had and was still using one of those over-top-dead-centre lifting frames in his garage for many years after Abingdon closed. Mind you, he was using a lot of other stuff too......... Great times to own a mini Cooper and/or a Dolly Sprint when ST were here - or an MBG GT V8. Which, by pure coincidence and good luck, I did! while wifey had the Sprint!!!! Happy days

I have some of the parts bins - which were probably secondhand MOD bins before that
You can see the Works service/support barge VDP Princess R in the picture of RJB at Oulton Park. A few years old by then.
