I was about to fit an iwis chain from a well known supplier and noticed the rollers had split lines in them. I have not contacted said supplier as I can't stand to hear more bullshit on sub standard parts. Just after any opinions if anyone has come across this before and it's reliability. Thanks

There was a big thread about this recently. The split roller is correct and by design. I’ve only ever had solid rollers break, twice!

Hi. Thanks, I did find a thread on these chains but it was referring to split links not the rollers.
