There are still places available for this prestigious event on 4th September in London at the Royal Hospital Chelsea. The organisers desperately need another 10 to 15 cars for the Showground display. If you want to go, contact the organisers NOW and you'll get your free ticket for the Sunday.
They are also still looking for 5 or 6 special cars for the Main display. These cars being a standard Mini Cooper, a woody Countryman, a Unipower, a Marcos GT, a celebrity car, a special coach built car and anything else either unique or special from the 1960s.
If you have a car that's suitable, do contact them urgently
www.chelseaautolegends.com/tickets-info or try calling 0844 581 0760.

Not sure about the mention of free ticket. I have my Lotus registered to display on the day and it certainly wasn't free to do this unfortunately. (£20 to show the car plus the £15 per person entrance ticket)
Should be a good day though

I'm displaying a car too, and have also paid, as it's going to a good cause I've got no problem with paying
hopefully the members on here can help out with some other interesting cars for the day

I will get the ones I have up loaded Pete, must have been around 20 Minis in total with lots of other interesting stuff to look at, we were all at the back of the gardens. The only Mini that I saw in the main showground was Whizzo's 120 MNP. In the end the 'Patrons' display was more Ferrari's and 60's F1' it could have had much more information on the history of the garages / people in my opinion but as it's a new show I'm sure they will get better at these things as the years go by. Simon Taylor did say that a new world's record had been set during the day.............Whizzo had been quiet during an interview for three and a half minutes whist someone else spoke!

Good day just a massive shame on the weather front. Had a good look round the mini's and nice to put a face to the name commando via our chat at the end of the day.

Not really much effort on my behalf, I just put the word around, most of the cars were nothing to do with me
