Looks fantastic. Years ago, I read as a boy about the Arden 8 port conversion - "A mouthful of Amals", in I think Mini Muscle Cars. I recall the story about using the car to pick up his date and as the car had stood a while, the driver had to get out and tickle the carburettors to get it started and the smell of 100 octane fuel permeated the cabin. Always wanted that car.

VOH still around then? Excellent. You built the engine in mine too but that's a bit tame in comparison
