1972 Mk3 export rear seat belt mounts?

A TMF member from France is asking if the photos below on his 1972 Mk3 Mini rear parcel shelf (underside inside the boot) are factory spec rear seat belt mounts for export Minis?
Looks like they are but can anyone confirm?
I have only seen the lower rear seat bulkhead mounts on UK spec Minis, until the upper 'C' pillar belt anchor brackets were added much later in production.
