Barn find MK 2 Rally car
A little noise from yesterday. My son and I took the old warrior out for a spin. Fastest time of the day
. We changed the wheels from "S" steel with Avon cr6zz to gen. Minilite 5.5 with A032, they are much lighter, and i belive I can feel the acc. is faster and turns better. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Px_plfv ... llerJensen

Barmy! That thing goes like shit off a shovel. I absolutely adore this Mini and how you kept its spirit

Yes I am a nerd: I am researching the Austrian Mini-racing scene of the 60s and 70s

Re: Barn find MK 2 Rally car
I think the Avons are a heavy tyre, which could account for a lot of the difference.
