Yes that is one nice plate, and with the UK prices on special no plates, that could/would most likely happen

I believe the Federation of British Historic Vehicle Clubs (FBHVC) are proposing that legislation should be amended to allow the DVLA to mark V5C's and computer records 'non transferable' to enable current owners of historic vehicles to safeguard the permanent attachment of the registration to the original vehicle.
