Bit of damper advice please!

I am ploughing ahead with plans to electrify the Mini.
I have adjustable suspension and hi-lows already and discs on the front.
Any advice on dampers?
I was guessing adjustable ones as the boot will contain just over half of the batteries, and the front will be about the same as normal, but the car should be pretty quick and used only on the road but rather quick cornering!

These seem super expensive but adjustable:

And I think these were recommended before:

I have no clue but thought adjustable would keep the options open??

Any advice appreciated!

Seem to remember on that Quest TV show someone electrified a Mini .. maybe worth looking at what they did to get some ideas.

I seem to recall Mini World featured an electrified mini from NL, they usually list all that kind of info too. But I can't for the life of me find it...

Are you going to compensate the added weight with adjustable dampers?

OK, I will search a bit more.

Do you mean How?
If so I don't know if it makes any difference which is why I'm asking.
I would guess once the rubber is compressed it should still work as a spring, but with the dampers, again I guess more weight moving about would mean they could only damp less?
If a mountain bike damper was used It wouldn't work.
So maybe I should get dampers meant for a heavier car if they could fit...or adjustable ones.. or racing ones...or?

Always used to find Spax were fine, that's all we used on the Mini Se7en race cars, they all use Quantum and stuff like that on the Migs now, wouldnt recon you'd tell the difference on a elec road car. Spring rate can be changed via rubber donut medium being different and also position of the knuckle joint on the radius arms (think the pickups/traveler had different arms)

Pickup and estate mini's have a different trumpet.
Slightly difference where it 'settles' on the runber doughnut which makes it able taking care of more weight.
Dont know which but some hi-lo's have this bigger surface against the rubber.

Sportpack mini's used red Koni shocks to take care of the heavier 13" wheels.

But there's a difference between handling unspung weight at the wheels and added bodyweight.

In your case it'll probably be some testing what works and doesnt work.
