Hi all,
I've got a ported 1275 head with the marking MSH1007 stamped into the manifolds machined face. Any idea which company marks up heads like this?

Mini Spares Huddersfield?? Most tuners stamp on the top face by the heater take off port, normally cc and head number. All my Slark heads have this and Brian/Neil has a book with all the numbers/dates and customer spec etc. Never heard of a stamp on the inlet/exhaust face before

I had never seen a cylinder stamped on the head gasket face, but cleaned up a spare Metro Turbo head and found it stamped. Looks like its 42441 075 . quite why its stamped there, who knows? Head looks to be standard turbo head. Any ideas on this one?

Not seen that either, mind, most of the heads I've ever had have been skimmed so if any were present they'd be gone.

The head has had a fair chunk skimmed off of it. Never noticed before. Its been machined down to the small central lump in the casting below the manifold face. Its been letter stamped after skimming. The engine it was built for must of had a massive dish in the pistons to get the CR back down low enough.
