Tinted glass

Just putting the glass into my 63 Cooper and after a good cleaning I have noticed it is all of a green tint to it apart from the front screen. It is an original small rear window, piano hinge quarters and the sliders all have this hue. Is this common, I will get and see if I can work out the dates of it all.
At first I thought it was my eyes playing tricks but someone else mentioned it when looking at it.
