Found another unidentified part!

Just crawled out from under the boot.
Looks like this captive nut is welded onto the RH valence near the battery box.
I will check to see if my RH valence was replaced years ago.
In any case I guess I do not need this part, unless there is another captive nut cage.
Note: battery box is on the right in this picture.
