Any members of the board racing at Oulton in the Gold Cup August 28/29th ? Which day is the saloon race anyone know ?

HRCR are doing the rally stage again this year and there may be a couple of board members on that aswell. I'll be wearing my official MCR undercrackers as we will have a presence there if anyone's interested, free tickets folks !

Touring cars are racing on the Monday. Not sure if practice is Sunday or Monday

how do you enter and how much is it? Do you have to be a member of anything clubwise?

Not sure how long the race is. Last year it was 45mins, this year I think it's much shorter. Normally you can enter one HSCC meeting with day membership of £10 each year

Here's the entry details . Last year they did say that fully paid up members would get priority over day members as it's one of their most popular events but I got in any way

Ticket applications closed today for display cars, managed to get about fifteen in the end for the MCR stand including Travellers, Coopers, S's , Hornets aswell as some Rover stuff so roll on bank holiday.

Touring car practice at 8:55am and race at 12:30pm, both on Monday. Race is only 20 minutes.
