Biggest crank endfloat ever?

A mate asked me to check the endfloat on a cooper s engine hes assembling, with my +3 thou thrusts in the endfloat was 35 thou..
+5's and a sliver of homemade spacer was what we took out.
Has anyone got the dimensions of the centre web or the distance between the crank faces so I can see whats out of whack? I'm naturally assuming something is worn.
Its a 312 thin flange block, struggled to find any marking on the crank apart from an aeg 479 punch marks on one web where, it looked like an original casting had number had been filed off.
