Spi to Carb conversion

Post by Brynmor »

Now I know this isn’t the forum for more modern stuff, but has anyone on here done the above? And if so is it a difficult job?
Looking to do it to the Mighty Mini as it puts it into more tune able territory plus let’s me race with some other series.

Thanks for replies, we’ll it’s got an alloy race tank plus facet pumps so that should negate some of that?

Did you also have to add choke cable etc I guess?

Your fuel pumps will probably be too high a pressure for a carb so will either need swapping to something more suitable or at the very least will need a regulator to bring the pressure down to about 3-4psi,
