Does anyone know where I can get a Lucas switch as per wiper but with a second spring loaded action. Reason being,I can turn on the wipers & have a second spring assisted position to operate an electric screen washer pump. Possibly fitted to VP1300..

That’s the kind of switch the OP is looking for but there must be originals available , not sure how original this would look when fitted . There must be a Off On Momentary Lucas fitment available if even second hand .

Could well be what I’m after. Will call them & report back. As they say, with a Lucas Nut it would look OK.

Q Has anyone taken apart the Lucas "Light Switch" to see if it can be modified so the second position can be modified to operate as a Flick Switch to control the washer pump? ..then to use the now ex; Light Switch as a Wiper+ Washer Pump control?

It is what I’m looking for ! After calling them, they confirmed the operation of the switch . I will leave the Wingard pump in place so it looks right & mount a small electrical pump behind the baulk head sound proofing. I can’t understand why more owners would not want this set up. Thanks for sending the Link.
