Do markings on this head identify the maker?

These markings are on an AEG163 head that’s been worked over at some point in its life. Do they identify the specialist who did that work?

The 24.3 will be the combustion chamber size......Don't know about the others...

Yes, that was what I was thinking too. Format appears to match
Longman markings, less the head milling amount. From looking online there's an example of a Longman head, also without the milling amount. Thanks, Gregg

It does look like a Longman head to me, but the markings are incomplete.
