More support for my memory please - what goes here?

Hi everyone.

First and foremost bear in mind that we stripped this car in the late 80s / early 90s, so the poor old brain cell allocated to the task is struggling ;-)

As you can see, despite my brilliant labelling I am still able to confuse myself, so borrowed another pic from here to help.

AS these were some of the last bits off the car before it went for dipping, I guess they need to go back on first too?

1. I think most people put a bolt and some kind of spacer on instead of the pillar post for the engine steady these days?

2. The two self tapping screws that went through the toe board on the left side did nothing at all - and were probably for a LHD light switch or something? I think Dermot or Bob1071 suggested this?

3. The two crosshead / threaded screws (shown in location on the shell as well as on my cardboard) were simply to blank the two holes off... or am I forgetting something that was mounted there?? The last pic that I borrowed from here has holes... so double checking myself ;-)

As ever, thoughts welcome ;-)

Thanks - it is surprising how nervous I am about remembering these things from all that time back!!

On my early 1960 bodyshell the 2 Phillips pan head fasteners were fitted from inside the car unlike yours fitted from the engine bay. I guess the factory's intention was to block the holes and either way worked at the time.

I think those two holes are for a LHD accel pedal.
