Great shots, I remember often seeing this Miglia in the Mini magazines.

I posted this up on Facebook with Martin's consent and Richard Longman ws very complimentary about Steve.

Steve Bell makes his race debut below in Chris Tyrrell's Mini Se7en in 1982.
Steve had been Chris's race mechanic for several years.

I lived in Walton on the Hill in Surrey,93/94 & got to know Steve in the Fox on the Hill pub. Great bloke to talk to,humble, a pleasure to be around !

Bit ironic after reading this thread I thought I had read some where Steve died but I did have this shot of him at Mallory Park I took many years ago. I have sent it to Mab01UK. Not the best quality as it was taken using an old 35mm camera with a zoom and scanned from a photo. RIP
