366 is more degrees than a circle, so likely a mislabel, possibly a joke.

649 is nearly two circles but they still run.
Bound to be 266

A four stroke engine has 720 degrees in a cycle so even with 366 degrees of cam period, there are still 354 where the valve is closed (less the opening ramps of course)

Measure it. If you have the basic gear for dialing a Cam in on a build, then you can measure what the cam profile is.
