Sometimes somebody posts pictures and all I an see is a oblong box with the word image in it .
Latest one is Ricardo,s for sale advert .
Viewing on a IPad as I said it’s only a few pictures this happens to .

This is an issue with your ipad settings I'm afraid. Not something that can be dealt with from the forum end.

Instead of Safari, try installing the Google Chrome browser on your iPad.
It uses a different rendering engine and is able to show the embedded Dropbox links correctly.
