I should hope/think not! Our shared Country Bumpkin engine builder has some clue at least

Think i will watch at bottom of Hanger Straight to Cheer you Guys Race in a pack of 58 x Racing Minis ( ok less a few who have already have gone off ) slip-streaming into Stowe Corner come rain or shine :D
Then on last Lap it should also be good place to see all the action, especially if Silverstone get a big screen up .
Q where on the GP Circuit do Mini Race Drivers think the frantic action will be ?

My thoughts exactly!!!

It's a shame that Silverstone is such a crappy track for Minis. Foot flat to the floor in top for 95% of the entire race.

End of the Wellington straight into Brooklands and Luffield. At HSCC meetings there usually an over zealous drive or two who go into that corner and fly off on to the run off then try to regain the track entering Luffield, and that's if they don't use other cars to help slow them down.

This should be a great race weekend and there isn't anything better than watching a full grid of Minis racing.

I entered as soon as the forms went out, but pulled out last week...the itinerary is too tight (75 minutes between the Saturday Mini race and the pre-66 race if you're doing both). And it's going to be a right bunfight...unlike most of the competitors, I cannot afford to risk writing it off (too much).

I saw in Facebook that Endaf was only entering one of the races as they were too close together, can't remember which one.

Timetable and provisional entry lists here . I was thinking of dragging the Unipower down for this but it doesn't seem worth it considering you still have to pay full whack to take a car and their Mini track parade is on Friday!?? So Ive sacked that idea.

Best place to be, without being in hospitality ?

No Swifty, Adam Morgan in his car, no Nick Padmore, so a different winner to Goodwood !

Pretty sure Andy Jordan was building his new Green ... now Orange car, for this event too

UPDATE ... he's Rally crossing at Lydden
